Başar Kural has extensive experience in all aspects of corporate and M&A law, contract law, data protection law, immigration law and employment law on both contentious and noncontentious matters.
Başar, provides legal advice to domestic and international companies from a variety of sectors for all their needs. The sectors include luxury fashion, automotive, chemicals industry, energy, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, technology, NGO, recruitment, and retail.
Başar has been admitted to Istanbul Bar Association since 2012 and worked in reputable and top-tier law firms in Istanbul before establishing Gunbay Kural Abbasoglu Law Firm.
He gives lectures to senior law students in Koç and Kadir Has Universities on corporate immigration legislation.
